Abbyland Foods - Specialty Sausage
A new 113,000 square foot meat & sausage processing plant located in Abbotsford, WI. Design included food grade air handling for 40 deg F processing and packaging rooms, as well as hvac design for smoke houses, chemical, sanitation and other support spaces. Two high pressure steam boilers satisfy process steam needs. Water design comprised of media filters, RO packages, pressure booster pumps and a direct contact water heater to supply the plant’s domestic, process and hose station water needs. Two 75 hp air compressors, receiver tanks and dryers provide the facility with compressed air.
