Continental Properties is a Wisconsin-based national real estate developer. Excel began working with Continental in the early 2000s and has since completed numerous apartment complexes throughout the United States.

The complexes have three designs: the Authentix, Springs, or Avanterra style. The Authentix complexes are garden-style apartments that prioritize practical, value-oriented living. In contrast, the Springs complexes are gated townhome communities designed to offer a premium rental housing option. Then, the Avanterra style is a luxury single-family rental community that provides the privacy of having your own home but without the hassle of maintenance.
