The City of Beaver Dam had reached a critical point with its aging Department of Public Works Building. It faced challenges such as limited storage capacity, multiple areas in need of repairs, and a lack of dedicated space for its employees.

Excel created a design that would address these areas of improvement and allow for some growth in the future. The Department of Public Works building now has space for covered storage, truck storage, concrete supply storage, employee welfare areas, a welcoming reception area, modernized vehicle repair bays, a well shop, dedicated part storage facilities, a specialized sign shop, and a brand-new vehicle wash station.
