345 N Morgan is a boutique office building located in Fulton Market, a neighborhood in Chicago's West Loop. The office space features tall ceilings, arched windows, and metal accents that reflect the industrial-focused past of the neighborhood.

Our Precast Design team was tasked with providing engineering and detailing for the structure. A unique element of this project was the fanned arched windows located on the top floor of the building. These arches were made of one solid piece of precast and were heavily detailed to support the architectural look of the building.
