The UrbA is a 310-unit, mixed-use development in Arlington, VA. The complex includes 2 stories of underground parking and seven levels of apartments.

Our team provided engineering & panelized fabrication drawings for 6 stories of load-bearing cold-formed steel (CFS) walls to the client, Panel Systems Inc. The wall framing, totaling over 42,000 linear feet, incorporated CFS X-strapped shear walls and miscellaneous structural steel members. A unique challenge of the project was the intricate panel coordination, which included at times aligning deck flutes and wall stud framing.
