This building was originally a heavy manufacturing facility. The facility is a conglomeration of building additions stretching from 1881 to 1962. Over these 81 years, construction methods and technology changed numerous times, and each building addition to Woolen Mills was unique. Our team provided architectural and structural engineering to adapt the building into 60 loft apartments.
