The Cooper University Health Care's latest outpatient facility is a spacious three-story ambulatory care center spanning 166,000 square feet. This modern facility is set to offer a range of services, including orthopedics, oncology, cardiology, laboratory, and diagnostic services, as well as ambulatory surgery.

Our team provided engineering and producing fabrication drawings for the aluminum outer sub-structure and the distinctive perforated red architectural metal panels. Various constraints influenced the strategies we developed from an engineering and prefabrication standpoint to achieve the desired look of this unique and challenging façade. Due to finishes being preinstalled in the shop, there was limited space available to make necessary connections to the structure of the existing building.
