Our Precast Division partnered with County Prestress to engineer and detail 1,090 precast elements totaling 22.7 million pounds of concrete.

Our scope included the precast parking garage and the podium structure for the new residential building, both key components of this first major ground up development in downtown Aurora, IL in more than 20 years.
