Element Collective, a unique mixed-use development in Madison, features a two-story precast podium designed by our team for Mid-States Concrete. Our scope included the design of the beams, columns, hollowcore, slabs, and wall panels that form the foundation of the structure.

Due to extensive soil retention requirements and the building's unique geometry at the south end of the project, significant coordination with the design team was essential throughout the process. Through close collaboration and detailed planning, we helped deliver a precast solution that supported both the project's structural needs and architectural vision.
