Nicolet Townhomes

Throughout the site design process Excel Engineering’s Survey Group completed many different types of surveys to help meet local, owner and lender requirements. Excel initially completed a Boundary and Topographic Survey to be used for site design. A Certified Survey Map was then completed to establish the buildable parcel. Pre & Post Construction ALTA Surveys were also completed to help satisfy the requirement of the lender and investor. Different legal descriptions and exhibits were also prepared in conjunction with the creation of various easements. Following design, construction staking was completed to help the contractor build all the improvements in conformance with the plans.
