Abbyland Foods - Specialty Sausage
This project included a maintenance shop, raw freezer, receiving dock, process room, smokehouse, transfer room, palletizer room, packaging room, label and die room, shipping dock, dry storage, employee welfare, and offices. The design included food-grade air handling for 40 deg F processing and packaging rooms, as well as HVAC design for smoke houses, chemical, sanitation, and other support spaces.
