Abbyland Foods - Specialty Sausage
This 113,000 sq. ft. meat & sausage processing plant includes food-grade air handling for 40 deg F processing and packaging rooms, as well as HVAC design for smoke houses, chemical, sanitation and other support spaces. The design also features two high-pressure steam boilers to satisfy process steam needs. The water design is comprised of media filters, RO packages, pressure booster pumps and a direct contact water heater to supply the plant’s domestic, process and hose station water needs. Two 75 hp air compressors, receiver tanks and dryers provide the facility with compressed air.
