Agropur Cheese

A 57,000+ square foot food processing expansion and renovation located in Weyauwega, WI. Excel provided heating and ventilation design for the building including Feta process, hygiene, chemical, pasteurizing, starter and CIP rooms. High pressure steam and chilled glycol piping was designed as an extension from the existing boiler and glycol plants to supply the multiple process heating and cooling needs. Compressed air, water and drain piping completed the piping designs. Drawing the piping in 3D Revit and careful coordination with process pipe racks and other piping produced a clean and organized installation.
