Women in Construction Week - Youth Apprentice Point of View Part 2

Meet Hailey, another female youth apprentice we interviewed in celebration of Women in Construction Week. Hailey has spent her apprenticeship with our Commercial Architecture Group, allowing her to work on a wide array of projects. Hailey's plan for the future is to become an architect.

Hailey values and understands the impact architecture can have on a community. This proves to us that she already "gets it" and that's really exciting! We are grateful to have Hailey at Excel and we are happy to help her learn and grow in her journey toward becoming an architect.
