Quarter 1 Site Development Project Spotlight - Evergreen Fields

Veridian Homes is an award-winning Wisconsin-based home-builder. It is their goal to enrich the lives of their customers through innovative and quality-driven design.

 

Over the last 2 years, our Site Development team engineered Evergreen Fields for Verdian Homes. The neighborhood is located in Menomonee Falls, WI near Silver Spring Golf Club.


This project is being carried out in multiple phases, the first two phases are been completed. They included 58 single-family lots and 14 condominium lots. Our team is currently working on Phase 3, which will add over 20 single-family lots to the neighborhood.

 

For this project, our Site Development group is providing Due Diligence, Master Planning, Subdivision Design, Street & Utility Design, Permitting, Bid Documents, Owner Representation, Stormwater Engineering, Wetland Delineation, Erosion Control Planning, Environmental Assessments, Surveying, and Construction Staking.
