Over the last few years, our Site Development team has engineered Evergreen Fields for Veridian Homes. The neighborhood is located in Menomonee Falls, WI, near Silver Spring Golf Club.

The project has a phased approach to construction. Currently, there have been 78 single-family lots and 14 condominium lots created.
