Excel worked alongside Abbyland Specialty Sausage to design a new sausage plant in Abbotsford, WI. The new sausage plant is made up of a maintenance shop, raw freezer, process room, smokehouse, transfer room, palletizer room, packaging room, dry storage, label and die room, shipping and receiving docks, employee welfare areas, and offices.
