Randolph School - Mechanical
The project converted a high school to a K-8 building with an 84,000 square foot addition and extensive remodeling of the existing 48,000 square feet. Mechanical design included multiple rooftop units supplying hot water variable air volume boxes in the new building and new unit ventilators with air conditioning in the existing classrooms. A new hybrid condensing hot water boiler plant replaced the existing inefficient boiler plant. Domestic water heaters were also replaced and upgraded in the project.
