Excel Engineering provided survey, environmental, and civil site development services for a 20 acre expansion at the Saputo Cheese facility in Almena, WI. Work included wetland delineation and environmental mapping, wetland permitting and mitigation coordination, local & state zoning permitting, semi-truck access drives, shipping and receiving areas, truck scales, employee parking, storm water management facilities, bridge design, campus utilities with lift station(s), and facility campus master planning for future growth.
