The Springs at Grand Prairie apartments are quickly taking form. Located in Grand Prairie, TX, this complex has 276 units varying from studio, one-, two-, or three-bedroom apartments with a private patio or balcony. Community amenities include a swimming pool, a 24-Hour Fitness Center, a clubhouse with a cafe, and a pet play area. For this project, Excel provided Architectural, Structural, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services.
